Our clinic is situated on Lambton Quay, right in heart of the Wellington city.  We are in the beautiful Old Public Trust Building (it’s worth coming just to look at our ceiling!).

An online patient form is to the left, so if you want to give us your details now, we will call you and arrange an appointment for you. 
Otherwise just give us a call and we can do the paperwork when you arrive for your first appointment.

Parking is pretty easy, You’ll normally find a spot on Stout Street, or just around the corner on Waring Taylor Street.
Busses stop right outside our front door, and we are only 2 minutes walk from the railway station – so yes we are central!

There is a photo of our building and a map below to make it even easier for you to come and see us.

Because we are in a historical building there are a few marble steps to get to us (only 4), but we can arrange wheelchair access through the basement if need be.

Please give us at least 3 hours notice if you are unable to attend an appointment. Customers who fail to attend a booked appointment, will be charged a non attendance fee of $45.00

I consent to receiving treatment with the knowledge that the treatment will be explained to me, so that I may make an informed choice and that I have the opportunity to decline treatment at any time.

I accept responsibility to meet the costs of treatment (either as a private paying patient or for ACC part-charges) and fees incurred by non-attendance. We encourage you to pay as you go to avoid additional accounting fees.

I will also meet the full costs of treatment if my ACC claim is declined.

In accordance with the Health Information Privacy Code, any information you give to us is confidential and no information will be forwarded to a third party without your permission.
